Active Directory Help Desk Management System
AdSysNet Password Manager lets the Administrators to configure the help desk administrators
and assigning the corresponding users (containers/groups).
Help desk administrators can process the requests from their assigned users through
the AdsysNet Password Manager web console. Also, the help desk administrators can
perform the actions password reset, update profile, unlock account even when the
request has not been made through the web console.
AdSysNet Password Manager supports both ticket based request/approval system as
well as phone call based request/approval.
Users can make a request in the web console and submit it to the corresponding help
desk administrators. Whenever a request is made by an user, a token is generated.
With the generated token, user can track the request status whether it is in pending,
processing, approved or rejected.
With password reset, unlock account and profile update requests, AdSysNet Password
Manager lets the users to raise the general complaints.
In advance, AdSysNet Password Manager sends e-mail notification to the user and
help desk administrator whenever a request is made, rejected/approved. Administrators
can control the e-mail notifications on the corresponding actions.
When profile update (active directory personal information) request is made by an
user, the help desk administrator can view the all attributes marked by the users
with its existing value and requested new value.
